Grape: White wine from overripe grapes
Harvest: Late-September
Yield: 50 quintals per hectare
the grapes are picked and manually selected in vineyard and carefully deposited in crates for transport to the cellar.
Here begins a careful drying for a two-month period on wooden racks, in a dry and ventilated place. The dried bunches are pressed and then the must obtained is left to ferment in controlled- temperature steel tanks for about a month.
At the end of the fermentation the wine rests in a stainless steel tank about a year.
Then the wine is bottled e after a rest of about 6 months in the cellar at 18 ° C to complete the refinement in bottle, it will be ready to be drunk.

Alcohol: 12% abv
Service Temperature: 15° C.
Sensorial Profile:
Color: deep amber yellow
Nose: ample with aromas of apricot, linden flowers, ripe fruit, anise, orange and muscat
Taste: full, persistent, harmonious taste with one sweet note tinged with a well acidity amalgamated
Food coupling:
Meditation wine, ideal in combination with seasoned cheese and excellent at any time of the day or at the end of the meal as a digestive.
