Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually in the vineyard and are lled with care in cassettes for the transportation to the winery, pressed and then fermented at a controlled temperature with a maceration of approximately 8 – 10 days. At the end of the fermentation process, the wine is left to clarify with static decantation until the end of winter. It remains in stainless steel vats until spring when it will be bottled: after about 1 month of ageing in the bottle, it will be ready to drink.

Service Temperature: 18° C.
Sensorial Profile:
Color: intense ruby red with violet hues.
Nose: ample with strong hints of blackberry and cherry, with hints of rose and peony
Taste: hot and rich with extraordinary balance, it has an important structure and body but never excessive. Good the persistence and excellent harmony
Food coupling:
Perfect with pasta dishes, red meat and medium aged chesees.
