VITAE – WINES GUIDE, 2020
We have already said everything about Gianni’s passion for the vineyard. In recent years, his sensitivity for Moscato has extended to Barbera, cultivated in three large areas where the Asti variety, which has always been an ideal location, expresses itself to the fullest in Nizza Monferrato and Castagnole delle Lanze, in fact the Montegrosso d’Asti area is added. . The decision to pursue a similar vinification for the three areas has the aim of bringing out the individual peculiarities. Of course, pride of place goes to Moscato d’Asti: once again this year Casa di Bianca demonstrates its excellent profile worthy of four vines.
In addition to wine, Gianni is committed to enhancing another great product, the hazelnut, the round, gentle variety of the Langhe, an excellent supporting ingredient for tasting.
