Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually in the vineyard and are lled with care in cassettes for the transportation to the winery, pressed and then fermented at a controlled temperature with a maceration of approximately 8 – 10 days. At the end of the fermentation process, the wine is left to clarify with static decantation until the end of winter. It remains in stainless steel vats until spring when it be ready to go through the sparkling process in autoclave and bottling: after about 1 month of ageing in the bottle, it will be ready to drink.

Alcohol: 12,50% abv
Service Temperature: 16° C.
Sensorial Profile:
Color: intense ruby red with violet hues.
Nose: pleasant and soft: rose, iris, raspberry, cherry, blackberry and white chocolate.
Taste: Slightly sparkling, it’s light e ervescence enhances freshness and sapidity making it remarkably easy to drink.
Food coupling:
Its great pleasantness matches well with cold cuts, soups and boiled meats.
